What these cover

These terms cover your use of thevendingmachine.cc and the application form on it. They are not the reseller agreement. If your application is accepted, the actual terms of the arrangement — pricing, credit, obligations, how either side ends it — are agreed with you directly before anything starts. Nothing on this website commits either of us to those.

Applying is not an account

Submitting the form sends us a message. It does not create an account, does not reserve anything, does not charge you and does not oblige us to accept you. We read every application by hand and reply either way. We may decline for any lawful reason, and we do not have to explain a decline — though in practice we usually do.

What you promise when you apply

• The answers you give are true, and the Discord account you sign in with is yours.
• You are at least 18 and able to enter into a business arrangement where you live.
• You will not use the form to send abuse, malware, someone else's personal information, or anything unlawful.
• You will not attempt to submit automatically, at volume, or in a way designed to get around the checks on the form. Those checks exist so real applications get read.

What we sell, and what we do not

The platform supplies digital codes and vouchers to resellers at wholesale, and the software to sell them. It is not a payment service and never takes custody of your customers' money: payment rails are configured with a reseller's own accounts, and funds move directly between a customer and the reseller. Any claim on this site about how the platform behaves describes how it is built today.

The site itself

The content here is provided as it is. We try hard to make every statement on it accurate and sourced — figures carry the place they came from, and one that cannot be sourced is shown as an em dash rather than guessed at — but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available. Descriptions of the platform are a description, not a guarantee of a particular result for your business.

The text, design, marks and code of this site belong to us. Quotes shown as customer vouches belong to the people who wrote them and are published with permission; ones not yet cleared are labelled as examples.

Availability and change

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site, including the application form, at any time. If the form is closed, the site says so plainly rather than pretending to accept a submission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from an application that is declined or not answered as quickly as you hoped. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third parties

Signing in uses Discord and is subject to Discord's terms. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and the site is served by Cloudflare. Links out to other sites are not endorsements of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Vending Machine operates, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
